I am a 200HR Yoga Alliance certified teacher of Wild Wisdom Yoga – a strength-based vinyasa yoga practice developed by Jessie Dwiggins (jessiedwiggins.com). The practice of Wild Wisdom Yoga is grounded in connecting with your body’s own innate wisdom, moving mindfully, and bringing an awareness to habitual body positions and movements and the thought patterns that come with these. Through an emphasis on alignment, bodily sensation and connecting deeply with breath, I guide my students through an asana practice structured enough to be safe and free enough for them to find their own wild wisdom.
